Exclusive, modern, and bright apartment, located in a quiet residential area of Madrid. The area features the Plaza Río 2 shopping center, supermarkets, gyms, and health centers. The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from Opañel (Line 6 - Circular) and Urgel (Line 5) stations, which will take you directly to Gran Via or Puerta del Sol.

The space
The property, fully equipped, has 60 square meters, distributed into a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. It has a maximum capacity for four people. It is an exterior space with a careful design, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, both air conditioning and heating. The living room features a sofa bed, dining table, and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a large terrace with furniture to enjoy the city's weather. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The bedrooms, with large wardrobes, are equipped with double beds (150x190 cm). The apartment features one en suite bathroom and another independent one, both full and with a shower. Furthermore, it includes an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and is provided with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a completely new building, with an elevator. Minty Stay is the company in charge of managing the apartment and will provide assistance in this serviced apartment. In short, this apartment offers the ideal starting point for a stay of a few days or weeks in the city, to enjoy its spectacular gastronomic offer, its shops, museums, and its legendary nightlife, whether for leisure or work.

This apartment is not a tourist housing unit, and therefore is not rented for tourism purposes. It is rented exclusively for temporary stays due to work, studies, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before accessing the property. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the lease (which cannot be for holiday or tourism purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out works.

Guest access
During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase.

Other things to note
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival.

The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
